Purified water, behentrimonium methosulfate (from colza plant extract), cetyl alcohol, butylene glycol, cyclopentasiloxane, cyclotetrasiloxane, dimethiconol, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, PVP, phenyl trimethicone, panthenol (vitamin B5), fragrance, and the preservative 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol.

1. Shampoo: Wet your hair thoroughly and apply a small amount of the Frizz Control Sulphate Free Shampoo to your scalp. Gently massage to create a lather, then rinse well. You can repeat this step if needed to fully cleanse and prep the hair.
2. Condition: After shampooing, apply the Frizz Control Smoothing Conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair (avoid the scalp if you tend to get greasy). Leave it on for about 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Leave-In Crème: Towel-dry your hair so it’s damp but not dripping. Apply a small amount of the Phase 1 Smoothing Crème evenly through the mid-lengths and ends. Distribute with your fingers or a comb. You don’t need to rinse this one out — it’s a leave-in styling cream that helps soften, detangle and control frizz.
4. Style: Style your hair as desired — air-dry, blow-dry, or use heat tools. Using the smoothing crème before blow-drying also makes hair easier to manage and helps with frizz control.
   
5. Regular Use: For best results, use this 3-step system each wash to keep hair smooth, soft and frizz-free.
