Need to return something? No worries! We offer store credit, exchanges, or refunds on items returned within 14 days of delivery.

To make your return quick and smooth, please contact us first to receive a Return Authorisation Form. Returns sent without this form may be delayed or not accepted. Please note: change of mind returns incur a 20% processing fee.


Change of Mind Returns

We are happy to provide an exchange, refund, or store credit for change of mind items, provided they are:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In their original packaging with all seals intact

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs for change of mind items are not covered.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt, minus a 20% handling fee and any shipping costs. Minimum shipping fees: $7.50 for orders under 2kg, $10 for orders over 2kg.

  • Some items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, including hair brushes, hair accessories, skincare/makeup tools, and pierced jewellery.

  • Discontinued or clearance items are not eligible for change of mind returns.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your parcel shows visible damage or leakage, we recommend:

  1. Take a photo of the parcel.

  2. Refuse delivery if possible.

  3. Contact our team at info@hairnature.com.au for instructions.

For faulty items, do not use the product. Take a photo of the fault and contact us with a description, image, and order number within 7 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee a resolution without photographic evidence.

Some electrical items may have a manufacturer’s warranty, and in such cases, our team may redirect you to the Australian distributor for assistance.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or a missing product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description or image and your order number.

  • We may request the return of incorrect items, and will cover the return shipping with a print-at-home or print-at-post-office label.

  • Customers must check their orders upon delivery. Items opened or used incorrectly cannot be refunded or replaced.


How Returns Work

Returning your items is simple:

  1. Contact us first: Reach out to request a Return Authorisation Form and instructions.

  2. Repackage securely: Use your original box or safe packaging. Follow the instructions for your return label and drop-off.

  3. Receive your refund/exchange: Once we receive your return, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days. We’ll notify you once it’s complete.
