The website is operated by AGK IMPORTS PTY LTD (A.B.N 36629259427) (‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’). All relations between the Customers (‘you’) and Hair Nature are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below (‘these Terms’).

GOVERNING LAW

The Terms of Use are governed by and understood in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.

TERMS OF USE

Your access to the Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Although we may notify you of any amendments, revisions or modifications, it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms of Use. You agree to be bound by such changes as made by us.

OUR SERVICES

We are not responsible for any delays or interruptions to the Website. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise delays and interruptions. However, we cannot warrant that the Website will be available at all times or at any given time.

If the performance of Hair Nature’s obligations under these Terms is prevented, restricted or affected by force majeure — including strike, lockout, raw material shortage, breakdown of plant, transport or equipment, or any other cause beyond reasonable control — Hair Nature will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person. Hair Nature will give the Customer written notice if the force majeure event continues unabated for 30 days.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

In relation to the Website, you must not:

  • Use the Website or its content for any activities that breach laws or regulations, infringe third-party rights, or are contrary to any relevant standards or codes.

  • Post or transmit any material that defames, harasses, threatens, offends, or infects with viruses, or restricts any person from using the Website or the Internet.

  • Attempt, facilitate or assist another person to do any of the above acts.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order on the Website (‘Order’), you are offering to purchase the goods subject to these Terms. Each Order you place will form a separate and binding agreement between you and Hair Nature regarding the supply of the goods.

All Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and delivery time estimates apply only within Australia. Hair Nature is not responsible for postal delays or force majeure events.

All Orders are for goods intended for personal and domestic use only.

Hair Nature reserves the right to accept or reject any Order for any reason at any time.

When placing an Order, you warrant that all details provided are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used, and that sufficient funds are available. Cases of suspected fraud will be referred to authorities.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Orders are honoured strictly at our discretion. Hair Nature reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate orders we deem objectionable — including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, breach of store policies, unsustainable transactions, policy abuse, orders outside our shipping zones, or abusive conduct toward staff.
We will attempt to resolve any issues before determining refusal or termination.

PRICE

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%). Prices exclude any foreign taxes, VATs, customs duties, or excise charges.
International order conversions are handled via our integrated currency converter; actual charges may vary based on your bank’s rate.

Hair Nature reserves the right to change prices without notice unless an Order has already been submitted and confirmed.

Upon payment processing, Hair Nature will issue a tax invoice.

PAYMENT

Hair Nature accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and PayPal.
Once payment is made, an invoice confirming receipt of your order will be emailed to you.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Hair Nature accepts returns and exchanges provided that items meet our Returns Policy criteria, and all procedures are followed correctly.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

All goods are inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in the best condition.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify Hair Nature within 14 days of purchase or within a reasonable timeframe thereafter, either by returning the item with a return slip or emailing us with product details, fault description, and your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, exchange, or repair).

If Hair Nature confirms a fault, you will be entitled to a full refund, replacement (if available), exchange, or repair (where possible).
Customers are responsible for delivery costs if the returned item is found not to be faulty.

DELIVERY

All delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel or other registered couriers.

Hair Nature reserves the right to refuse “Authority to Leave” requests in some cases. If delivery cannot be completed, a collection card will be issued, and the goods will be deemed ‘delivered’ once left at the designated post office.

LOST PACKAGES

We do not accept responsibility for lost orders caused by third parties once proof of shipment has been provided.
If your order is missing, please contact us immediately.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hair Nature will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, or for any costs related to substitute products, unauthorised access, or data alterations — including loss of profits, data, or other intangible damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
