1. After shampooing your hair, apply a small to moderate amount of the conditioning rinse to wet hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends.

3. Leave it on for 1–2 minutes (some guides say up to 5 minutes depending on your needs).
4. Rinse thoroughly with water.
