Furniture Delivery and Shipping

Selected salon furniture and large equipment, including barber chairs, styling chairs, trolleys, reception desks and other large items, are delivered free Australia-wide.

Delivery is included in the advertised price, so there is no separate freight charge after you place your order.

Delivery

Large and bulky items are delivered by freight carrier, which may include pallet, tailgate or courier delivery, depending on the item and destination.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time. Tracking or freight details will be provided where available.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature may be required.

Redelivery & Additional Charges

While initial delivery is free, additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to:

• No one being available to receive the order
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
• Inaccessible delivery addresses
• Refused or missed deliveries
• Requesting a change of delivery address after dispatch
• Requiring redelivery or rebooking with the freight carrier

Any applicable redelivery or additional freight charges will be advised before the service is arranged where possible.

Important Information

Please ensure the furniture can fit through doors, hallways, lifts and other access points before ordering. Standard freight delivery does not include carrying items upstairs, moving furniture inside, dismantling doors or specialised installation.
